Kira the Cat are based in Sydney, NSW, Australia, but we are an ONLINE STORE we don't have a physical store.

DELIVERY AND PICK UP 

  • Which Carrier/Courier do you use?

We use only Australia Post for our online customers. Rate postage based on the item’s weight, and your address.

  • When will my order be shipped? 
Usually within 1-3 working days from the payment date (Please Note: This is not the delivery time to your front door).
You can check in your customer account (if you created one) under "Your Orders" whether or not your order has been shipped or where in the progress queue it is. Generally, from the confirmation of shipment please expect your delivery within 2- 9 working days depending on your location.
Weekends and Public Holidays: Kira the Cat is not open on weekends and public holidays, so despatches for orders made on public holidays will go forward to the next business day. 
Incorrect Address: Unfortunately Kira the Cat is not responsible if the correct address is not supplied. We suggest double checking your details at the time of checkout.
After placing my order I realize that my address is wrong. What should I do?Redirect your order to a Post Office, Parcel Locker, PO Box or new street address - even while it’s on its way to you. Use your AustPost App or click on Australia Post tracking number, when you received our email and you see a link to redirect it! It will be simple and easy. 
Pick up: We do not offer Pick Up option, Kira the Cat is an ONLINE STORE and we ship order 2 times week.

We carefully classify our products by hair type and by product type. Our classification is designed to offer the best result for the characteristics of each hair. This information is in the menu on the Home Page. If you want you may search a key word and find what you are looking for.

TRADE ACCOUNT

Why do I need a Trade Account? If you are a hairdresser or own a shop you need to have a Trade Account to have access to prices and conditions specially developed for this audience.

AFTERPAY

What is Afterpay? Afterpay is a payment service that allows you to enjoy what you want now, and pay for it in four equal payments later. The best part is, the payments are interest free.

How do I use Afterpay? Shop online as normal. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. You’ll then be directed to the Afterpay website. Don’t worry, you won’t lose the items in your bag.

If it’s your first time using Afterpay, you’ll need to register. Then you’ll complete your purchase and receive a confirmation email from both us and Afterpay. 

Afterpay payment it is not available. Could you please help me? You may see Shop Pay as option. Shop Pay is a fast, secure fast checkout powered by Shopify. When a customer uses Shop Pay, they submit their payment information once, and it is securely kept for future transactions, making the checkout process quick and easy.

If you still want to use Afterpay, you need on Check out page, click on "Check out as guest". You will need to fill those information and Afterpay option should be visible.

CHECKOUT

Can I cancel or make changes to my order? Once you’ve placed your order, your items will be on their way to dispatch. This means cancellations aren’t possible. However, once you’ve received your order, you can take advantage of our no regrets returns policy. You can read all about it here.
